The candidate should hold a Master or Ph.D. degree with excellent scores, preferably in one of the following disciplines: electrical engineering, physics and mathematics. He/she should be interested in particle accelerators and have expertise in one or more of the relevant research fields:

• Feedback systems & control theory
• Digital & analog electronics & circuit design
• High-frequency technology
• Signal processing
• Physical-mathematical modeling of components
